NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the 13th January, 2010

    S.O. 76(E).-In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section(l)ofSecti0n2l of the Special Economic Zones Act, 2005 (28 of 2005), the Central Government hereby specifies the acts or omissions punishable under the Foreign Trade (Development and Regulation) Act, 1992 (28 of 2005) as notified offences for the purposes of the Special Economic Zones Act, 2005.
