In exercise of the powers conferred by section 76A of the Customs Act, 1962 (52of 1962), the Central Government hereby specifies Boranada Special Economic Zone at Jodhpur, in the State of Rajasthan, as a “special economic zone”.
Explanation.- For the purposes of this notification, “Boranada Special Economic Zone” means Boranada Special Economic Zone, located at and comprising of the places bearing the area, khasra numbers specified below, namely:-

Village: Boranada
Area: 452 .00 Bighas
