26. General Conditions of Import and Export.- A unit may export goods and
services, including agro-products, partly processed goods, sub-assemblies,
components, by-products, rejects, waste or scrap except prohibited items of
exports indicated in the Import Trade Control (Harmonized System)
Classifications of Export and Import items:
Provided that export of Special Chemicals, Organisms, Materials, Equipment and
Technologies shall be subject to fulfillment of the conditions indicated in the
Import Trade Control (Harmonized System) Classification of Export and Import
items:
Provided further that if any permission is required for import under any other
law, the same shall be allowed with the approval of the Board of Approval.
